He is a professionally qualified (Assoc CIPD) English Law graduate who gained his experience as a Business Partner in the retail and hospitality sector before entering the world of HR Consultancy. His experience ranges from advising on employment law matters to contract and policy creation and strategic partnering with senior leaders.
